    1. General conditions of use of the site and services offered

    The use of the alsys-group.com site implies the full and entire acceptance of the general conditions of use, described below. These conditions of use can be modified or completed at any time. Users of the site are invited therefore, to regularly consult them.

    The site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons can be decided however by ALSYS who shall try to communicate to its users, the dates and times of the intervention.

    The alsys-group.com site is regularly updated by the ALSYS communications department. Similarly, legal notices can be modified at any time: nevertheless, it is up to the responsibility of the user to make themselves aware of these.

    1. Description of services provided

    The purpose of the alsys-group.com site is to provide information concerning all of the activities of the company. ALSYS makes an effort to provide information on the site which is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies regarding updating whether by itself or by third-party partners who supply this information.

    All information indicated on the site is given as an indication and is likely to evolve. Moreover, the information given on the site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to changes which could have been made since its on-line publishing.

     Contractual limitations of technical data

    The site uses the JavaScript technology.

    The Internet site cannot be held responsible for damage to equipment related to its use. Furthermore, the user undertakes to access the site using recent equipment not containing a virus and with an up-to-date, latest generation browser.

    1. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

    ALSYS is the owner of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it, such as texts, images, graphs, logo, icons, sound and software.

    Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by whatever means used, is forbidden without prior written authorisation of ALSYS.

    Any non-authorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting a counterfeit and will be prosecuted in compliance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual property.

    1. Limits of responsibility

    ALSYS cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage cause to the user’s equipment during the access to the site or resulting either from the use of equipment not corresponding to the specifications indicated in the previous point “Contractual limitations on technical data” or to the occurence of a bug or an incompatibility.

    ALSYS also cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (such as for example the loss of a market or the loss of a chance) consecutive to the use of the site.

    Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. ALSYS reserves the right to delete, without prior warning, any content inserted in this space which contravenes the applicable legislation in France, in particular provisions relative to the protection of data. Where appropriate, ALSYS also reserves the right of possibly questioning the civil and/or penal liability of the user, notably in the case of a racist, insulting, defaming or pornographic message irrespective of the media used (text, photograph, etc.).

    1. Management of personal data

    In France, personal data are protected in particular by the law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, the law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

    When the alsys-group.com link is used, the following can be collected: the URL of links by which the user has accessed the site, the access provider of the user, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.

    At all events, ALSYS only collects personal information relative to the user for the needs of certain services offered by the site. The user supplies this information in full knowledge of risk, in particular when they themselves perform the entry. The user is informed that they may or may not supply this information.

    In compliance with the provisions of article 38 and following of the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 regarding information technology, files and freedom, any user has the right of access, of correction and opposition to personal data concerning them, by mailing a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of their identity card or passport with signature of the holder of said document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

    No personal information about the user of the site shall be published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold to third parties on any media. Only the scenario of the sale of ALSYS and its rights would permit the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser who in turn would be bound by the same obligation for the conservation and modification of data with regard to the user of the alsys-group.com site.

    The site is not declared to CNIL as it does not gather personal information.

    The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 relative to the legal protection of databases.

    1. Hypertext links and cookies

    The alsys-group.com site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, placed there with the authorisation of ALSYS. However, ALSYS does not have the possibility of checking the content of the sites thus visited and consequently shall assume no responsibility for this.

    Browsing on the site is likely to cause the installation of cookies on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small size file which does not allow the user to be identified but which records information relative to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained aims at facilitating the later browsing on the site and also has the purpose of establishing various measurements of attendance.

    The refusal to install a cookie could lead to the impossibility of accessing certain services. The user can however configure their computer in the following manner, to refuse the installation of cookies:

    In Internet Explorer: tool tab (pictogram in form of cogwheel at top right) / internet options. Click on confidentiality and choose Block all cookies. Confirm on OK.

    In Firefox: at the top of the browser’s window, click on the Firefox button then go into the Options tab. Click on the Private Life tab. Configure the Saving rules on: use customised parameters for the history. Lastly, untick it to deactivate the cookies.

    In Safari: Click on the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (indicated by a cogwheel). Select parameters. Click on Display advanced parameters. In the section “Confidentiality”, click on Content parameters. You can block the cookies in the section “Cookies”.

    In Chrome: Click on the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (indicated by three horizontal lines). Select parameters. Click on Display advanced parameters. In the section “Confidentiality”, click on preferences. You can block the cookies in the “Confidentiality” tab.

    1. Applicable law and application of jurisdiction

    Any dispute arising from the use of the alsys-group.com site is subject to French law. Jurisdiction is attributed exclusively to the competent courts of Paris.
