ALSYS group has historically been known for its expertise in the manufacture of ceramic membranes for particulate filtering in gas streams dedicated to the automotive industry. With great experience acquired over years of developing post-treatment systems specifically for the filtration of particles, ALSYS today can provide solutions for any type of problematic around combustion and thermal treatment in industrial and automotive environments.
As a complement to the treatment of industrial gases using cyclone methods, ceramic membranes designed by ALSYS provide particularly efficient results with thresholds for cut-off which can go down to 10 nanometres.
With excellent chemical and heat resistance, these filters can also act upstream of a catalytic process to preserve the catalytic activities of downstream systems or be employed in co-generation processes for maintaining SICOV engines (gasification and pyrolysis processes).
