Pilot Test Systems (MINIPILOT and POLYPILOT)

The Pilot Test Systems, obviously, allows to test the membrane technology. A range of filtration units, in a word polyvalent, is proposed for sale by Alsys. These filtration pilots test both ceramic membranes and polymer membranes. This multifunctional pilot is very advantageous. All things considered, we are selling two membrane technologies in a single filtration pilot, and most importantly.

  • First, The Micro-Kleansep™ portable filtration system, arrives in a suitcase (ceramic membrane pilot unit).
  • Secondly, the MINIPILOTE is a laboratory equipment designed to perform preliminary feasibility studies.
  • As a result, the POLYPILOTE 150,  tests a module with a multi-channel ceramic tubular membrane or a module with a 2.5" spiral membrane. This unit studies the process parameters (flow rate, pressure drop, transmembrane pressure, tangential flow velocity, temperature, etc.) necessary to design a full-scale system under optimal design conditions.
  • As has been noted, that the POLYPILOTE 500 tests one module with three multi-channel tubular ceramic membranes or two modules with one 4" spiral membrane. This unit is used to acquire process design data. In reality, it is a small production unit.
