It enables crossflow filtration of liquids, using high-performance MicroKleansep™ ceramic tubular membranes.
Ceramic membranes provide excellent chemical resistance, high thermal stability, and proven durability, even under harsh conditions.
The Minipilot is equipped with integrated electronic sensors, enabling continuous measurement of pressure, temperature, and flow rate .
An analog input is also available to connect external equipment for continuous monitoring of an additional parameter (equipment not included).
You benefit from precise, real-time control to optimize the filtration process conditions at every step.
The Minipilot is designed specifically for Proof of Concept, laboratory-scale feasibility studies. The results obtained may be used to guide the selection of membranes to be used for pilot testing.

MicroKleansep Ceramic Tubular Membrane: single-channel MF, UF, and/or NF, 400 mm length
Integrated Digital Instrumentation: 3 pressure transmitters, 1 temperature transmitter, 1 circulation flow transmitter. Data retrieval via USB / RJ45 and SD card. 1 available analog input for customer-specific measurement
Compact Design: skid with casters for easy mobility. 5 L double-jacketed tank. Operating pressure up to 4 bar
Durable Materials: 316L stainless steel, EPDM/FPM seals
Control & Automation: manual operation with data acquisition and storage
Technology: crossflow filtration – process fluid flows across the membrane surface, promoting efficient separation
